Email Structure
Japanese business emails follow a 7-part structure:
1. å®å (Recipient) â ç°ä¸æ§ / æ ªå¼ä¼ç¤¾ABC ç°ä¸é¨é·
2. æ¨æ¶ (Greeting) â ãä¸è©±ã«ãªã£ã¦ããã¾ãã
3. åä¹ã (Self-intro) â ABCæ ªå¼ä¼ç¤¾ã®å±±ç°ã§ãããã¾ãã

Keigo Types
Three Levels of Politeness

When to Use Each
Sonkeigo – Describe the recipient’s actions:
